Took over a football program in Minnesota an led them to the State Semi-Finals in our second year. Cultivated a dynamic coaching staff that enjoys working together, and produces at a high level. Produced one of the top offenses in the state of Minnesota.

Took over a struggling athletic program and restored order, structure, and hope throughout the district. In football had a group that was very competitive going 5-5 and 4-6in first two years after having one win in the previous three seasons. Restored participation and cooperation to the struggling booster club increasing revenue from $7,000 to over $30,000 in the first two years.
